This early-access build of AVEX RE stores only what it needs to operate. This summary explains what we use and your choices under the GDPR and ePrivacy rules.

We do not currently load any analytics or marketing cookies. If we add them, they will only load after you opt in, and you can change your choice anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Data you enter
Property details, generated copy, roleplay transcripts, and lead submissions are stored in our database (Supabase) to provide the service. Skip-trace data is used only for the permissible purpose you attest to and never for FCRA-regulated decisions.
Your rights & contact
You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@avexre.ai. A full policy reviewed by counsel will accompany general availability.
