Free AI Virtual Staging
Upload a photo of an empty or half-empty room, pick the room type and a style, and we'll email you the staged version. Walls, windows, doors, floors and the camera angle stay as they are. Only furniture and decor go in.
One free photo per email. The staged photo carries a "Virtually staged" label and comes with a link to the original.
Before and after

BeforeAfterHow to use it
Pick a wide, level photo of the room in daylight. Landscape works best. The emptier the room, the better the result.
Choose the room type and a style. Any furniture already in the photo is cleared out first.
Enter your email and confirm it from the email we send. That's what starts the staging.
Download the staged photo. Keep the label on it, and keep the original photo next to it in the listing.
What the AI keeps and what it adds
- Kept: walls and wall colors, windows, doors, flooring, ceiling, light fixtures, cabinets, counters, appliances and the view outside.
- Kept: the camera position and framing. Nothing is cropped, rotated or extended.
- Added: furniture sized to the room, a rug, lamps and a few accessories, in the style you pick.
Disclosure rules for staged photos
A virtually staged photo is a digitally altered photo. Most MLSs require it to be labeled, and California's AB 723 (in force since January 1, 2026) requires a disclosure and a link to the unaltered photo wherever the altered one is posted. The label is burned into the image so it survives downloads and screenshots, and the email gives you the original photo link to post with it.
Not legal advice. Check your state rules and your broker.
Questions agents ask
You upload a photo of the room and choose the room type and a style. An AI image model clears any furniture already there and adds furniture and decor sized to the room, keeping the walls, windows, floors and camera angle as they are. We add a "Virtually staged" label and email you the result.
A wide, level shot taken at chest height in daylight, with the lights on and the blinds open. Empty rooms in landscape format give the cleanest result. JPG, PNG or HEIC files up to 15 MB are accepted.
Rooms: living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, home office, and patio or outdoor space. Styles: modern, transitional, coastal, farmhouse, Scandinavian and luxury.
Most MLSs accept virtually staged photos when they are disclosed as staged, but the rules differ from one MLS to the next. Check your MLS rules before you upload, and keep the label on the photo.
Yes. Every photo we stage carries a "Virtually staged" label in the image, and the email links to your unaltered original. Some states, such as California, also require the original photo to stay available next to the staged one. This is not legal advice, so check your state rules and your broker.
